This option is fully automated to the investor, designed to enter and exit trades based primarily on ProSignal's automated signals, in addition to signals from other signal providers on the AutoTrader platform. The strategies and money management used are determined by ProSignal's staff of experienced traders & system developers. A managed forex account prevents your emotions from interfering with your trade decisions and allows you to go about your day without ever having to worry about analyzing the market or making a tough trade decision. However, the biggest benefit of having a Managed Account in the AutoTrader platform is that it provides maximum diversification without over-leveraging your account.
There are some good strategies from other signal providers in the AutoTrader platform that open many positions at a time. For example, CornerStone-Zeus has several strategies that open up to 12 positions per trade with 300-pip stop-losses. If trading on your own, this is at least a $3600 risk on each trade, which is an enormous amount to risk for most accounts. However, as part of a large fund, your account is not subject to the same type of risk exposure. Since the profit & loss from each 10k lot traded on behalf of the fund is divided fairly among all participating accounts in the fund, we are able to diversify your account between many different strategies while keeping your maximum risk within 1% per trade or less. In most cases, we will only risk a half percent per trade, depending on various factors. In a managed account, you will be able to view your account in real time but you will not be able to intervene in the trades.

Managed Account Fees:
AutoTrader Platform Fee: The fee for all accounts on the AutoTrader platform is $1 per 10k lot round-turn.
Incentive Fee: 15% of new monthly profits based on a high-watermark. If a loss exists from a previous month (or months), all losses must be made back before additional incentive fees can be charged.
Management Fee: None. The management fee has been waived to compensate for the round-turn fee. In addition, the incentive fee was also reduced from the industry standard of 20% to 15% for the same reason.

If you already have an existing FXCM account that was opened through ProSignal and you would like to transfer it to the AutoTrader Managed Account Fund, please follow these steps:
1. Sign this Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA)
2. Fill out and sign this Account Transfer Form
3. Fax both documents to ProSignal at: 310-868-2820
For Existing FXCM Accounts that were NOT Opened through ProSignal:
If you have an existing FXCM account that was NOT opened through ProSignal, you must open a new FXCM account through ProSignal and have your funds transferred to the new account. Opening a new account is much easier than opening your first account. Since FXCM already has a copy of your ID and proof of residence, you will not be required to submit these documents again. Please follow these steps:
